« Education is inherently the global heritage of humanity, and every human being should have access to education, which is the core of their existence ». It is a major factor in the fight against social discrimination, serving as an excellent engine for social mobility. The imperative for the development of a nation lies in the pursuit of knowledge and the eradication of ignorance and illiteracy.

The education of youth forms the entire nation and establishes the foundations of an enlightened people, thereby fostering awareness of global challenges. Cameroon must build its development model based on a dynamic, enlightened, and relevant youth, who are well-educated and well-trained. This is the vision of ESMATA.

With a high population growth rate, Cameroonian youth are facing mass unemployment. That's why ESMATA makes the employability of its students its main focus and emphasizes the concept of « TRAINING-EMPLOYMENT MATCH ».

Indeed, we observe a paradox where companies face a scarcity of qualified, well-trained, efficient workforce that meets the specific needs of available positions, while at the same time, young graduates struggle to find employment due to a lack of experience.

ESMATA must be close to and attentive to companies by signing partnership agreements that, among other things, facilitate the provision of professional instructors by these partners, as well as providing a framework for hosting students for academic internships, pre-employment opportunities, and even apprenticeship programs.
